When will I receive my order?

Every effort is taken to fill orders as quickly as possible, but actual delivery times depend on USPS. Artsiology Boutique DOES NOT guarantee delivery dates. Processing: Non-custom orders usually ship in 1 to 2 business days. See individual listings for processing times. Shipping: All orders under 1 pound ship USPS First Class unless special shipping is requested by the customer. All orders over 1 pound ship Priority Mail. Expedited shipping is available by request and customer pays any additional fees. Artsiology Boutique does not and cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Part of my order is missing! What should I do?

Please contact Artsiology Boutique as soon as possible if your package is missing an item. Missing items will either be refunded or mailed to you next business day (at no additional charge, of course). To contact seller, go to Artsiology Boutique's main shop page. Click "contact seller" on the left side of your screen. Please specify what is missing or incorrect in your order. You should receive a reply in less than 24 hours (usually much, much sooner). Thanks!

I want a piece of fabric 1 1/2 yards long. How do I get that length in one piece?

All orders of multiple yards of fabric are sent to you in one continuous piece unless specified otherwise*. If you'd like 2 yards, simply select "Full Yard", add it to your cart, and use the drop-down box during check out to select how many full yards you'd like. We'll do the rest! For combinations, such as a yard and a half, select "full yard" and add it to your cart. Return to the listing and select "half yard" and add it to your cart. During the fulfillment process, your yard order and half yard order will be combined and you'll receive one cut of fabric for the entire length. *Please see individual listings. Some items are pre-cut and cannot be combined into continuous pieces.

Should I wash my fabric before I use it?

Whether or not you should wash your fabric before you use it in your project depends on several things, including the type of fabric and the project you're making. However, here are some GENERAL guidelines. Please consult your pattern, sewing instructor, or send us a message BEFORE you wash your fabric if you're unsure. Cotton/Cotton Blends: It is common (if not standard) for cottons to shrink. This includes flannel, denim, poplin, and other cotton-based fabrics. Generally speaking, cotton should be washed first. HOWEVER, do not wash fat quarters, as they will unravel significantly and compromise the area you have to work with. Most synthetic fibers do not require pre-washing. When in doubt, feel free to ask us!

My order came...there's nothing wrong with it, I just don't like the fabric. Can I return it for a refund?

Yes...most of the time*. If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, let us know! Go to Artsiology Boutique's home page and click "Contact Seller" on the left side of the screen and let us know the problem. We'll do our best to fix the issue. *For a refund, fabric must be returned within 14 days of purchase, in the original condition it was received. The purchase amount plus tax will be refunded to you. Shipping fees are not refundable. Please use "contact seller" link on the home page to contact us for return address and information needed. Thanks!
