Wrist ID: You can easily cut one section of the silicone band at a time until it fits. The metal clasp has clamps that hold the band in place. Instructions are included with each Id bracelet. Collars: Please see size charts and descriptions for sizing information.

Custom and personalized orders

All Id bracelets include custom laser engraving. You can choose to have medical information, personal identification, inspirational quote or anything else you can think of engraved on the faceplate. Space is limited to 5 or 6 lines of text depending on the size of the faceplate (15mm or 20mm). We’ll do our best to accommodate all personalization requests. If you are not pleased with your order please notify us before leaving feedback. We’ll do our best to correct the problem.

If you have any health issues that should be communicated in the case of an emergency then you should wear an Id bracelet or medical alert bracelet. My Custom Id is perfect if you are an equestrian, cyclist, traveler, jogger, hiker, walker, male, female, adult or child.

What information should I include on my Id bracelet and medical alert bracelet?

It’s a good idea to include your name along with the most vital medical information such as any health conditions, daily medications, allergies, blood type. You can even list the name and phone number of a contact person. We laser engrave every ID in house and only use the highest quality stainless steel for our faceplates.

We ship all of our Canadian orders via Canada Post letter mail. Tracking is not included. There is an option at checkout to select "Expedited and tracked" delivery for an additional cost. We ship our orders within 3 business days. Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post letter mail from Hamilton, Ontario. It generally takes about 5-7 business days to arrive depending on your location. USA and International orders are shipped via a third party and delivery times vary depending on the location. Tracking is included.

I feel like I have a small wrist for an adult male, and I have to use the very last hole for it to fit. For comparison, I have an Apple Watch on the other wrist and I use the fourth-to-last hole on the wrist band that comes standard. I still love it, and would recommend it, just not for large adult wrists.
