These modern wedding program fans are a beautiful way to add both style and function to your ceremony decor. Perfect for outdoor weddings, summer celebrations, and elegant indoor events, they help keep guests comfortable while displaying your ceremony details in a clean and timeless format.

Each fan includes 3 cardstock petals assembled with your choice of a silver or gold eyelet. Additional petals can be added for 25 cents per petal. The petals measure approximately 7.5" x 3.25" at the top and are printed on the front side only.

Design shown is Minimalist petal fan wedding program. Shown in white cardstock with no background and black ink color, however, cardstock colors and ink colors can be customized to any color. The back of the fans are blank (same color as cardstock).

💌 CARDSTOCK OPTIONS:
All of our hand fans are individually hand crafted with 110lb white cover cardstock or 100lb cream cover cardstock to guarantee a beautiful, flawless finish. A slightly thicker 130lb matte cardstock can be added for 50 cents extra or 110lb metallic cardstock can be added for 75 cents extra per program.

Pricing is per program. Pricing includes production and assembly of programs.

Purchase the custom sample to receive a hard copy sample of this fan program.

The cost of your sample will be put towards any full order of programs that you place.

Colors are the only aspect of samples that can be customized which should be noted at time of purchase. Samples will ship out within 3-5 days of purchase via USPS first class mail.

📱FULL ORDERS
Follow the instruction below to place a full program order.

If you are interested in placing an order for these programs, message me so I can get started. You will need to submit wording and any other details you want to include. Once your program text is submitted, an electronic template will be put together and sent back via email for approval. Please allow up to 5 business days for the electronic template to be created. Once approval is received on the electronic template, a hard copy sample is then produced and sent in the mail. Once approval is received on the hard copy sample, the final programs are made. The whole process takes approximately 5 weeks. Programs can be completed in as little as 1 week without a sample, but a $40.00 expediting fee applies to all orders needed in less than 4 weeks from the date the order was placed.


💰 PAYMENT & PRODUCTION
Printing and production of your programs will begin after I receive approval on a final proof and payment in full.

Production will take no longer than 5 weeks with a sample being mailed first for approval prior to printing all the programs. Programs can be completed in as little as 1 week with no sample, but a $40.00 expediting fee applies to all orders needed in less than 4 weeks from the date the order was placed.

All orders are shipped FREE within the US via USPS priority mail with tracking included. Expect 2-3 days for US orders and 6-10 days or longer for international orders.

Ordered these for our wedding- we did a fully custom design (which we made) and was able to work with the team to get them done! Easy to work with them to get them made. Overall they turned out wonderfully and our planner/guests said loved them. Generally recommend going with a thicker cardstock if you plan on using them as a fan Couldn’t be happier with how they turned out!
