When Will My Template Be Installed?
Our studio is open Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm UK. All templates will be installed within 48 business hours of purchase - not including the day of purchase, weekends or UK Bank Holidays. E.g. if you purchase Friday, you will receive your new site by Tuesday.

Do You Offer Returns?
Due to the nature of our digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for any and all payments made. Please review the template demos and features, requirements, template terms and conditions, license and product description fully prior to making your purchase.
