This vintage pamphlet was produced by the Southern Pacific Transportation Company for the St. Louis Southwestern Railway Company.

It's entitled "Rules for the Safe Operation and Care of Automotive and Trailer Equipment" and carries an "Effective February 1, 1979" date. The piece has a train-illustrated indicia/emblem on the cover reading "Progress through Safety."
