If you have any questions, concerns, or are unsatisfied in any way with your order, feel free to message us and we will do our best to work with you. Your satisfaction is our main priority!

▷ SHIPPING
We offer free (1-5 day) shipping via USPS first class mail. You can upgrade to (1-3 day or 1-2 day) shipping via USPS priority mail/express for an additional charge during check out.

· A signature is required upon delivery of our packages.
· Tracking will be available through your Etsy purchase page once the order is shipped.

All orders will be shipped to the shipping address supplied through your Etsy Order. TigrisJewelryCo is not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address. Please double-check that the address is correct before completing the checkout process.

If no one is home when the letter carrier attempts delivery, the letter carrier will leave a notice and return the item to the Post Office. Check the notice for specific instructions or call 1·800·ASK·USPS to have the mail redelivered. The carrier may deliver the mail to anyone who receives mail at that address.

▷ International Shipping (Canada):
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and shipping fees that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers. Orders shipped to Canada are FINAL SALE due to international customs, brokerage fees, and return processing limitations. In the rare instance of a return, please note that customs and shipping charges are non-refundable, and buyers are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs.

▷ RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We understand how important it is to love what you buy and are more than happy to help you resolve any issues you may have with your order.

· If you would like to make a return or exchange, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package.
· We will provide you with instructions on mailing your package back to us. Shipping costs will be at the buyer’s expense.
· All jewelry must be returned unworn and in its original condition and packaging (including jewelry box and pouch) within 14 days of delivery.

An exchange may not be possible if the item is out of stock in our inventory; a refund will be distributed back to the buyer once the return has been received in this case.

▷ LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
We do not accept any returned packages whose integrity has been compromised or show clear signs of having been opened and resealed.

· The only authority allowed to open a package during transit is local customs. All packages opened by local customs will be
sealed with the corresponding stamp of the company.

TigrisJewelryCo has the right to deny a return if the jewelry returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged.

Our jewelry is made with solid gold - meaning the highest quality - but that does not make them indestructible. Our pieces are delicate due to their design and MUST be handled with the utmost care. We inspect each item twice before it is carefully packed and ready to be shipped. We are not responsible for any wear and tear on the item over its lifetime, but we always work with our customers if problems arise. It is our goal to have happy repeat customers!
