Can you do me a custom decal?

Yes absolutely! Please message me and let me know what you are looking for. I will try and respond as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 24 hours for a response (maybe longer on weekends).

I'm confused by the 'number of decals' and 'quantity' option

I get a few messages asking about what to put for number of decals and quantity. Keep quantity at 1 (DO NOT CHANGE THIS), then use the drop down variation 'number of decals' to select the amount of decals you need. If you are still unsure, please just message me with all the information and I can set up a custom order link for you to purchase instead.

The estimated delivery date is confusing me.

The processing time on most items is 5 business days, and the shipping will then normally take 1-2 business days to get to you (UK BASED). Etsy have started showing smaller delivery windows which sadly isn't always accurate. If you require your decal by a certain date, please message me ahead of placing the order to be sure I can accommodate. I will always do my best to squeeze it in, but sometimes there will be a rush order fee or you will be required to upgrade your shipping to special next day delivery to guarantee the delivery by a certain date.

Can I return my item?

As long as your item is not personalised, you can return it in its original unused state, as long as you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and return it to us (at your expense) within 30 days of receiving it.

Custom and personalised orders

Unfortunately, no. You can not return a personalised decal. A personalised decal is a decal that includes a date or name.

This vinyl is perfect for personalising robes, pjs, t-shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies, anything that is a fabric material.

There are different sizes available, depending on what you need it for (make sure you measure the area first).

Please select colour choice from drop down box, you can choose from white, black, pinky rose gold, gold foil, silver foil.

Remember to leave the personalisation details in the personalisation box, be sure to triple check the spelling or the names & roles as it is copied straight from your order.

To Apply:
Make sure the surface is clean from hair.
Iron surface ready for application
Place decal onto surface, press the vinyl with iron at 160 degrees for 15 seconds, repeat this step if the vinyl is lifting.
Slowly peel back plastic transfer tape.
