I did not receive the correct item. I immediately followed up to indicate this, but after some delay was told the item was not available and was given a choice of refund or other items (fine). I selected a different replacement bracelet and was told it would be shipped next day however 10 days later nothing has arrived and now my daughter’s birthday is tomorrow. I understand mistakes happen but if they do they should be promptly corrected. I would not recommend ordering from this shop
