If there are any errors in the information the buyer has provided, it is not the fault of the seller and no refunds or returns will be issued.

Each order includes a Muted Slate thank you card, personally handwritten with the recipient's name as a gesture of appreciation. While the name itself belongs to the recipient, the handwritten script style is my intellectual property. This means my handwriting cannot be copied, traced, reproduced, or used for personal or commercial purposes, including but not limited to logos, branding, or any other design applications. By purchasing from my shop, you agree to respect the originality of my handwriting style.

📄 Personalized Stationery Order Policy
Because each order is personalized, we begin work as soon as we create your digital proof. If you decide to cancel after a proof has been prepared, a 10% personalization fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the time spent on preparing your proof. The remaining 90% of your total order will be refunded.

Please note that once a proof is approved and cutting and printing has begun, cancellations or refunds are no longer possible.
