Returns And Exchanges

We offer unframed museum-quality fine art photo prints. Each piece is made to order. Given the custom nature of our work, unframed prints are not eligible for returns or refunds. Please note that color varies between different computer monitors, so the print you receive may differ slightly from how it appeared on your computer screen. Also note that subtle cropping may occur depending on the print size you are ordering. If any item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it with an identical item at no cost. Please contact us within three days of delivery if you receive a damaged print. This is a rare occurrence, thankfully.

Can You Print Custom Sizes?

Yes, most of the items in the gallery can be printed in custom sizes. However, not all of our artwork is created in the same 1:1, 2:3 or 4:5 ratio. In some cases this will require the image to be cropped in order to be printed in your desired custom size. Not all images can be printed in the largest of sizes in order to maintain the visual integrity of the work and ensure you get the highest quality product. Please contact me if you're interested in a custom size. I'll work out the pricing and send you a quote and if you want to make the purchase I'll provide ordering instructions. PLEASE NOTE: Subtle cropping may still be required with many of the sizes currently currently shown with each listing.

Can I Change The Shipping Address On My Order?

Your order will ship to the shipping address that you entered during the checkout process. Please review your shipping address carefully prior to placing your order. We process orders within 12 hours of receiving them, so if you find that you have made a mistake on your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order ships, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the shipping provider and have the shipment rerouted to a different address. We cannot ship a new print to another address after your order ships to the address provided at checkout.

I Accidentally Placed An Order. What Can Be Done About It?

As the buyer, you are responsible for carefully reviewing your orders before placing them. If you make a mistake on your order (like ordering multiples of the same item in error) please contact us within 12 hours. Otherwise, we will proceed with your order as placed, and our standard return policy will apply. In order to have your prints produced and delivered in a timely manner, we must place the order with our professional fine art print production lab 12-24 hours of receiving your order. So it is important that you contact us within the first 12 hours otherwise your order will likely be in production.

Do You Sell Digital Downloads Of Your Prints?

We don't (yet) sell digital downloads of our work. However, this is something we are considering. So if you are interested in purchasing a digital download, please contact us directly. If there is enough demand we may add this option to the store.

Do You Have Store Hours?

You're welcome to message us any time, but we may not be able to get back to you immediately, and our response may take longer depending on the complexity of your request. However, we make every attempt to respond to messages within 24 hours and we often respond to inquiries outside of regular business hours, in order to maintain my sanity during time we dedicate to family and furry friends. Thank you for your patience. We look forward to hearing from you.

This Sea Turtle print is an original pastel pencil drawing of two graceful sea turtles gliding effortlessly in the turquoise sea.

My pastel pencil drawings are highly-detailed and take hours to lovingly create by hand. None of my animal artwork is made on a computer.

A NOTE ABOUT THE IMAGE BORDER:

All prints are printed with the image filling the entire space. They are shown with the black and white border as an example of what they could look like framed. They are NOT printed with the black and white border. The second picture in the listing shows what the actual print will look like.

• All animal wall art is printed on thick Epson Premium WC Textured Water Color Paper, (Epson Cold Press Bright White) - 340 gsm.
• This paper produces outstanding prints that feature brilliant colors, deep blacks, striking contrasts and beautiful reproduction of detail.
• It is acid- and linin-free and meets the most stringent standards for age resistance and is specially designed for high quality art prints.
• Prints are made using professional grade, special light-fast inks, which are archival certified and if treated properly, will last a lifetime.

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING:

• All prints at sizes smaller than 11x17 ship flat automatically using sturdy flat shipping mailers or boxes.
• Prints at sizes larger than 11x14 normally ship rolled in art shipping tube for safety.
• Most orders ship within 3-5 days after your order is placed. Please allow 1-2 weeks for free U.S. delivery via standard shipping.
• All prints are shipped from the United States. Please be aware that you may have to pay customs fees and or duties. These fees are set by your government and are the responsibility of the buyer. For more information, please contact your local customs office or postal service.
• All orders shipped to locations outside the U.S. will be charged a flat $15 shipping fee. International shipping times range from 2 to 4 weeks.
