My husband is hasn’t recently had a major health change- going on dialysis and kidney transplant list. We have multiple new doctors, appointments and medication changes. He has embraced the notebook to help track blood pressures, appointments, medication changes etc. Thank you for the helpful pages to keep us straight.

Excellent item and design. once i learned how to download it. It was just what I needed, I used to design things like this prior to my Chronic illness and now can't type long enough so this was ideal for my record keeping.
