This is a pre-filled template sheet ready to swatch your Luminance Colored Pencils (pencils are not included). This sheet contains swatch spots for the actual100 luminance colors.
This is an INSTANT DOWNLOAD FILE to be printed on 8.5”x11” paper - I suggest you cut either mixed media paper or smooth watercolor paper to a standard printer size and print on it to get a good accurate color swatch of your colored pencils (paper not included - this is strictly a download file of the template).
This is a template to be used for swatching Caran d'Ache Luminance Colored Pencils.
The information included for each of the 100 colors is: color number, color name, area to swatch (a nice square with rounded corners)
If you don't have the full 100 set, this will be handy to swatch colors as you add them and keep track of what you need. The chart is organized in Caran D'Ache's color official order in the box.
NOTE: I have updated the names exactly as referred from Caran d'Ache 2022 color catalog.
You will receive 3 PDF Versions/Styles:
1. One version is with small margins, for people that place the swatched pages into a ring binder in sheet protectors, the space for swatches here is a bit wider.
2. The second version is a wide margin version, it is for people that directly place the swatched pages into a ring binder, in this format you have enough space to punch the holes avoiding the swatching area.
3. The third version is the same as the first one but with title aligned in the center instead of the left side.
This pre-made template will allow you to easily swatch your art supplies! I have done the hard part creating the template all you have to do is purchase it, download the file, print it onto appropriate art level paper and begin swatching your colors!
You may print as many copies as you would like on the paper you choose.
*BE SURE TO SET YOUR PRINTER TO LANDSCAPE MODE ORIENTATION TO PRINT YOUR TEMPLATE (In case your printer doesn't do it automatically)
