1) USPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day.

2) Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS is used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information.

3) If the package still does not show up, please call USPS to file a claim. CHEERFUL cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by the post off

I am sorry but I am not accepting international order at this time,

production time can change from day to day depending on how much orders I receive on any given day.

generally my turn around time is 2 to 4 weeks

1) centerpieces smaller then 9 inches will be a print and cut and generally .50 cents per inch. may cost more for additions of lace , glitter or sold flowers.

2) taller then 9 inches will $1.00 per inch and will be a layered image.

3) this means that each element is cut out then glued onto a base paper. ( a lot like puzzles) these generally can take 2 to 4 fours depending on how many pieces needs to be cut out.


4) any centers pieces that exceeds the parameter of my cutting mat ( which is 11.5 by 23.5) the charge is $1.50 per inch.

5) I have a Cricut machine to make my characters for centerpiece. for the larger centerpieces if you would like a character not offered by a Cricut will need to be a SVG file.

there is no discount for multiple quantity

the reason being that it takes same amount of time and supplies to make the pieces.

the only thing that becomes cheaper is shipping.

you will receive free shipping on orders that cost $35 or more.

If you placed an order with an incorrect shipping address, first check that your order hasn’t shipped yet:

Go to Purchases and reviews.
To the right of your order, you’ll see either Shipped or Not Shipped:
My order is Not Shipped yet

If your item is Not Shipped yet, you can contact me to cancel your order. You can then re-order the items with the correct shipping address.

I am allowed to ship to the address Etsy has in their files.

My order was already Shipped

If your item is Shipped, You can contact the shipping service to see if they can reroute the order.

I will not refund or replace items not delivered because of wrong address.

You can update your address when you checkout on Etsy.com or the Etsy app.

Add an item(s) to your cart.
Go to your Cart.
Choose how you’ll pay.
Go to Proceed to checkout.
Sign in to your Etsy account if you haven’t already, or select Continue as a guest.
Under Shipping address, check that the address you want your order shipped to is correct. If it isn’t correct, select Change.
Select a shipping address or choose Add an address to enter a new address. Select Ship here once you have the right address.
Select Place your order.

What’s the Status of My Order?

You can check the status of your order on the Purchases page on Etsy.com or on the Etsy app. With the Etsy app, you can get updates when your order ships and, even better, when it’s delivered.

Next to your order on the Purchases page, you’ll see the shipping status:

Not Shipped: The seller hasn’t shipped the order yet or didn’t update the order on Etsy.
Shipped: The seller marked the order as shipped.
In Transit: The seller added a tracking number and the package has left the shipping facility.
If the seller added tracking information, you’ll see Track Package under the shipping status. Click Track Package to see tracking updates from the shipping carrier.

To cancel a purchase on Etsy:

On Etsy.com, sign in and go to Your account. On the Etsy app, go to You.
Go to Purchases and reviews.
Find the order you want to cancel.
Select Contact The Shop.
Request that the seller cancel the order and select Send.


my shop policy is that you can request cancellation on orders within 2 days of purchase and as long as it has not yet been shipped.
