DELIVERY INFO:

☆ All items will be packed with love and care within 5 working days (excluding larger clay items which take up to 2 weeks to create)

Last postage dates to receive your items before Christmas, as advised by Royal Mail UK are as follows:
- Australia and New Zealand - 6th Dec
- USA - 8th Dec
- Canada - 8th Dec
- Europe - 13th Dec

☆ UK items include FREE 2nd class postage through Royal Mail. Overseas orders will also be sent standard postage - if you wish to have your item tracked so you can see where it is on its way to you please select postage upgrade at check out.

☆ Please be aware that sadly I cannot take responsibility for any delays due to things outside of my control such as customs, COVID and the festive season. I also take no responsibility for lost parcels if tracked postage was not chosen at checkout. If your package arrives damaged please send me a photo of it and we can arrange an option of a partial refund or 50% off a different item.

SUSTAINABILITY & PACKAGING:

☆ Sustainability is really important to me, I try to have the smallest impact on our environment as possible.

☆ All my prints and cards are printed onto recycled paper and packaged in recycled tissue paper and recyclable envelopes (all plastic free-apart from sticky tape that I'm still using up)

☆ As almost all my products are made to order by me I am able to ensure the least waste possible. I make a point to source my packaging and any products I don't create myself, from other small and ethical businesses whenever possible.

RETURNS:

I will happily accept returns if an item is not up to standard. Just contact me within:14 days of delivery and post items back to me within:30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
