Why is my order taking longer than expected? International orders will need to be cleared through customs before arriving at their destination, which can take alot longer than expected at busy times***please note - i will not be responsible for any delays due to customs!

Please Note: Standard Shipping here in the UK does not usually include free tracking as standard as it does in the USA and Canada now. If you require a tracked service then please do upgrade at checkout. Please keep this in mind before placing your order.

Custom and personalised orders

My package says 'Delivered' but I have not received it? Sometimes a package will get scanned by the shipping carrier before being delivered. After 24 hours please contact your local USPS for GPS coordinates of your package - They will be able to tell you exactly where your package had been delivered to. Also, in the meantime please first, check with your neighbours who may have picked up your package by mistake. Take time to look around your home. After 48 hours please do contact us, if your parcel has still not arrived after being marked as delivered. Lastly file a claim with USPS for a lost package. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on orders marked as 'delivered' by the shipping carrier.

Why has my order not arrived within the delivery time frame? Please note before purchasing items that the delivery times stated are just an estimate of arrival times, this does not take into account any custom delays or general shipping delays.

My order has not arrived? If your order still has not arrived after 14 days in UK and 6 weeks for International shipped orders. Please make sure that all of the address details given on the order are correct - ** please Note ** I am not responsible for any incorrect address that is given at the time of order. If your item fails to arrive and is sent back to me due to incorrect address details given at the time of purchase , I can resend the item but the buyer will need to pay shipping costs again to Re-send the item.
