Materials: cotton fabric, thread, batting, food grade plastic
Pictures are: Plato's triangle, yin-yang, free will, cogito ergo sum, tabula rasa, and existentialism.
This book will teach and entertain with its bright contrasting patterns and engaging crinkle sound. The cotton fabric book measures approximately 11.5" X 5.5" (29.2 cm X 14.0 cm) when open. There are 6 printed pages not including the cover. "By Verdant Violet" is printed on the back in small type.
I drew the images digitally and had the fabric professionally printed using a method that wastes very little fabric, ink, water or electricity, using eco-friendly, water-based inks and no additional chemicals. The fabric has been pre-washed with a mild detergent.
In addition to batting for thickness, a clean, safe, post-consumer food-grade plastic is sewn inside every page to create the wonderful crinkly sound that babies and even some adults love!
The book is made by hand in a smoke-free environment. Babies should always be supervised in play. Spot clean with a damp cloth, and air dry.

5 out of 5 starsWe all love this book. The baby is especially interested in the concept of Tabula Rasa. And also spit bubbles. The small size makes it perfect for our 5-month-old grandchild's hands. We bought a bigger fatter book and he can't hold that one without help, but this one is easy for him to hold and turn the pages and it amuses us greatly. Thanks!
