We are able to ship your order(s) to only your registered delivery address in your Etsy account because all delivery info is redirecting from Etsy to shipping companies' systems by API (Application Programming Interface) system.
If you request a delivery address update after the production process is started, the update will not make. Also, we do not have any responsibility for issues due to incorrect addresses or late update requests.

We send a preview design for your confirmation within 1 to 3 business days. Please frequently check your Etsy messages in this period. Because we are able to finalize a drawing after your confirmation. But after we send a preview design, the response time is limited to 24 hours.
The reason for this limited response time is the obligation to accordance with Etsy deadline rules.
If you do not reply to the message which includes a preview design within the specified time, it will be accepted that the preview design is approved and the production process will be started.

You need a ZIP application to open the file because of its technical specifications.
You can print it out at home or at a local print shop.
