Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. All returned items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item. Custom-made jewelry cannot be returned. Engraved rings, UK ring size below G and over R, and full eternity bands are also non-refundable. Refund: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund. However, it won't be a full refund. We will deduct 50% of the order amount (up to a maximum of £100 for one ring) as a restocking fee. Our rings are made to order, and returning them may result in material and labor losses since they may not be resellable.

Exchanges: Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in original condition, unworn and undamaged. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Custom-made jewelry and discounted items cannot be exchanged. Engraved rings, UK ring size below G and over R, and full eternity bands are also not exchangeable. Price Adjustments: A 50% restocking fee (up to £100) will be deducted upon returning the original ring. Returns may result in losses due to resale limitations. If there's a price difference between the replacement product and remaining amount, you may need to pay the difference or receive a partial refund, depending on circumstances.

Requesting Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of making the purchase. We understand that circumstances may change, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Refunds for Canceled Orders: If your order is successfully canceled within the specified timeframe, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. Limited Cancellation Window for Customized Items: For customized or personalized jewelry items, the cancellation window may be shorter due to the custom production process.
