Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift wrapping is available to purchase at the checkout. Your order will be wrapped in paper and finished with a satin ribbon.

Details of sizes available are included in my listings. If you are unsure then please contact me.

If your order is a washable item it will include care instructions, which are on the back of the business card to reduce waste.

Custom and personalised orders

I use Stylecraft Special DK acrylic yarn to make my items. This yarn comes in many more colour options than I offer. Where possible I'm very happy to accommodate your colour choice should you wish to purchase one of my items but in an alternative colour.

Returns are accepted for none personalised items. Please contact me within 14 days of receipt of your items. The item has to be returned back within 30 days of receipt. The buyer pays for the return postage. Proof of postage will be required and the refund will happen once the item has been received back in the condition it was received. Should the item NOT be received back in the same condition then a refund will not be granted.

If multiple items are purchased in one order, they will be packaged as one parcel unless otherwise specified. If you require your items despatching in separate boxes within the parcel please leave a note when ordering or send me a message via Etsy.

Returned orders due to Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. I cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to me due to an incorrect address, I will contact you to arrange redelivery — additional postage charges will apply. Refunds for returned orders will be issued minus the original shipping cost, and only where applicable.
