This necklace is BEYOND my expectations! At first I though it would be somewhat large in size; but once it arrived I discovered that it's actually pretty tiny, which makes it much more appealing. Some of the cog pieces inside actually move with the slightest bit of motion which seemingly makes the necklace look alive! It also compliments my style and personality so well. I absolutely love it! There were issues with the post office and I got in contact with Brenda about the necklace. She's absolutely awesome! She replies quickly and looks into the situation ASAP, and she said if the post office lost it she would get to making another and sending it right away through priority mail. She's truly amazing and I'm glad I got to experience her professionalism. I'm highly pleased!
