💌 Can I include a message inside the card?

Cards are blank inside as standard, but we'd be happy to print a message inside for you for a small extra charge. To add an inside message, please enter it into the Inside Message section when ordering. Inside messages are in greyscale (black and white) - if you'd like colour printing inside, please contact us before ordering.

💌 Can you send the card directly to the recipient?

We'd be happy to send the card direct to the recipients for you! To send the card directly to the recipient, please let us know when you order by leaving us a note or sending us a message - we'll then seal your card inside its envelope using the envelope sticker. It'll still be wrapped in lilac tissue paper for shipping. Please note: You can mark the order as a gift but please leave us a note or send us a message if you'd like the envelope sealed ready for the recipient to open.

✏️ Can you change the number/text/colour on this design?

We can change the number and text on any of our personalised designs! Please feel free to order the card you'd like and specify in the personalisation what number and text you'd like on the card. We're also happy to change the colours of balloons, hats, presents and text. For custom pet (cat, dog etc)/animal requests, please message Kate before ordering. Every design is handdrawn by Kate so we'd be happy to create custom artwork for you, please send Kate a message to discuss the different options!

🚚 Is there tracking on my order?

UK - Standard Delivery on card orders does not include any tracking as they're sent as standard First Class letters/large letters. If you'd like tracking on your order please select the Priority postage option at checkout. Standard Delivery on orders containing invitations, notecards, notepads and prints includes tracking. International orders outside of the UK - standard delivery doesn't include tracking, please add tracking at checkout if wanted.

🐾 Can I have a specific pet on the card?

We offer fully personalised handdrawn artwork for cards which look just like your pets! For custom pet requests, please message Kate before ordering to discuss the options. Every design is handdrawn by Kate so she can match the designs to photos of specific pets, to create the perfect personalised greetings card for any occasion :)

📝 How do I personalise my card? Can the text be changed?

Use any of the personalisation sections to include any wording changes you'd like, including names, dates or custom wording. If you'd like the text to be different from the standard shown on the example photos, use any of the personalisation sections to include the wording you'd like. Unfortunately we can't include most emojis on or inside our cards - if included they'll be omitted from your card. Inside messages are printed in greyscale (no colour).

🎁 Can I mark my order as a gift?

Marking your order as a gift does not affect how it is packaged. If you have marked your order as a gift to go direct to the recipient please message us or mention somewhere (in notes for seller for example) that you would like the card to go direct to the recipient - many customers mark their orders as gifts even if it's going to themselves so please let us know! :) We can't always tell when it's going direct to the person it's for, so please do contact us if you haven't mentioned it! We package our cards with it's envelope in tissue paper and with a unused envelope sticker - all cards are packaged like this by standard unless we know it's going direct to the recipient. If going direct we will seal the card in it's envelope for you.
