I currently do not offer gift wrapping. However, I can include a personalized note or card for special occasions or gifts.

I glady accept personalized orders.

How can I return my item?

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, based on tracking. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging. Wreaths and custom orders are not eligible for return. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs and must send the item back within 7 days of approval, providing tracking. Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the item price only. Original shipping is non-refundable, as these fees are paid directly to the carrier.

All orders are processed with 1 business day unless otherwise noted in our announcements. Holidays & Inclement weather may cause delays. Customer is responsible for the address they provide during checkout. We ship to the address that is provided by the customer. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. While we ship within 1 business day, we can't control shipping delays caused by the various carriers. We will do our best to work with the customer and carrier to resolve any issues. However, occasionally shipping delays do occur.
