Coaster Pricing / Details

Prices per coaster range between £4.50 - £5.50 Coaster materials: MDF and Cork backing with a sublimation layer on the top, where the design will be found. I have sets of two and four coasters available on my shop, prices are set accordingly. Each image used for the coaster listings will include a digital mock up of the coaster design, usually the first image. The further images will be a photographed example of the product.

Delivery times / Issues / Delay issues

Most items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Unless a different form of delivery is discussed between the buyer and myself. I aim to get all orders out ASAP, within 24 hours or up to 2 days if it is a busy time such as Christmas. As some items are handmade they require time to be put together. Due to the current times please allow extra time for items to be delivered. Royal Mail are experiencing severe delays, please be mindful of this. Do I take refunds on Delayed post.

Due to the ongoing backlog with Royal Mail, and the very well publicised issues they are having during the Christmas period, I am not doing refunds on items for this reason. I aim to get all orders out ASAP, usually within 24 hours of receiving them, so the delays are solely with Royal Mail. As this is out of my control I can only apologise, however any items posted are very much on their way. Tracking also no longer works on many items for the same reason. Please be understanding that I am a small business, and any delays are with the postage system. Thank you.

If a player/manager leaves a club - what about my item

As I am a small business, I cannot provide refunds or exchanges on any item due to a change in manager or if a player leaves a team. My work is designed to capture special footballing moments, therefore there may be managers or players that are no longer with that club. Although this can be a frustrating thing to happen when someone has purchased a specific item, please see the items as capturing a footballing moment or achievement rather than being correct or up to date with your favourite team. I will however make revisions to designs to have an updated option on my store. E.g rangers.

Watermarks on Product listings

If you see a black square with the shop logo over a print, coaster or any of my listings, this is just for the listing only. This will not be visible on the item you receive. Any shop logos over the images are there to stop people stealing the artwork, or trying to eliminate any potential copyright issues (due to rules surround shirt logos) You will receive your print, coaster or any item without the watermark/black logo.

This is a hand sublimated Pep Guardiola Christmas ornament. This is a MDF ornament with two of my pencil drawings sublimated onto it. Each Man City related ornament comes with a blue, snowy background.

The ornaments are all handmade and are made to order. All will be slightly different in terms of their printing, specifically their colour, which adds to the bespoke nature. This item is double sided, with same design on each side.

This buyer did not contact me prior to this review going up, so I could not deal with the issue at hand. Then, 20 minutes after said review was posted the item arrived, with tracking proving its location. I again contacted the buyer to remove this review due to the item's arrival. I have heard nothing from them throughout the entire process. Reviews like this are damaging to sellers and their businesses simply due to the lack of communication from the buyer. I aim to get all items to customers in a timely fashion but due to the time of year, things are a little slower mainly due to the postal services. I am always happy to help, track and assist my customers in any way possible so they get their orders but I have to know the issue first. In this instance this buyer didn't try to reach out. Very Disappointing.
