𝟭. 𝘿𝙞𝙜𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙋𝘿𝙁 𝘿𝙤𝙬𝙣𝙡𝙤𝙖𝙙
• Supply your personalisation and we'll design and send your completed PDF to you via e-mail.
• Please don't use Apple's private relay option as we won't be able to email you the PDF to download.
• Please use the coupon code DIGITALPDF at checkout to remove shipping costs from digital orders only.
• Ignore the shipping dates, as they don't apply to digital orders. We'll send your PDF to you in our standard processing time of up to 2 business days.
• The PDF file is sized as 5 × 7 inches flat postcard style.
• You will need to download and print your designs yourself, we won't ship anything to you in the mail.
• Proofing Option - if this option is selected, you will be able to request one round of simple amendments to your designs once they have been sent over to you. Full re-designs or further amendments cost £1.50.
• If the proofing option is not chosen, amendments will be incur a fee (a link can be sent to purchase these separately!).

𝟮. 𝙋𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙁𝙡𝙖𝙩 𝙋𝙤𝙨𝙩𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙙
• Supply your personalisation and we'll design and print your postcard & send to your shipping address.
• Printed onto 350gsm matt card and supplied with a rustic brown envelope. Blank on the reverse.
• Sized 5 × 7 inches (approx. 12.7 × 17.8cm).
• Can be proofed prior to printing if this option is selected by you above.

𝟯. 𝙋𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙁𝙤𝙡𝙙𝙚𝙙 𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙙
• Supply your personalisation and we'll design and print your card & send to your shipping address.
• Printed onto 350gsm matt card and supplied with a rustic brown envelope.
• Sized 5 × 7 inches (approx. 12.7 × 17.8cm) once folded.
• Can be proofed prior to printing if this option is selected by you above.
• Blank inside for your own handwritten message. Add a printed message inside your folded card by purchasing the Printed "Folded + Inside Message" option in the drop down box. Note that if you provide a message for the "inside" of the card, but the above upgrade has not been purchased at the same time as your order, the message will not be printed.
• The wording on the front of the card can be customised. If none is provided, we'll assume you want the example wording minus any personalisation such as names.

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞
You can opt to receive a digital proof of your designs prior to them being printed by us via the drop down menu above. This service includes one digital proof of each card, plus one set of amendments if required. If amendments are needed, these will be completed and your cards will be printed immediately without further proofs being sent. You can purchase further proofs within our messages if required for £1.50 each.

If you have ordered a mixture of cards with proofs and some without, please note you will only be able to view and amend the ones where the proofs have been paid for. Cards selected as 'no proof required' are printed and queued to be dispatched and can't be amended.

To keep to our dispatch schedule, we'll automatically print and ship your order 1-2 business days after your proofs have been sent to you. If you checkout as a Guest account, your proofs will be emailed to you instead, so please check your spam box as our email may end up there! For Etsy account users, please turn on your notifications and check your Etsy messages so you don't miss your proofs being sent to you, as once your deadline has passed, amendments cannot be made.

Please scroll through the product photos to view all of the hairstyles, skin tones and outfit options that we offer. If you make up your own styles in your order notes, we'll pick the closest option that we have for you to avoid your order being delayed.

The wording is part of the personalisation of our products, so you'll need to provide your full wording in your order notes so that we can copy this onto your designs. If no wording is provided, we'll use the sample wording shown in the first image, minus any personalisation such as names. Please note, the more card wording you provide, the smaller the text will be to accommodate, so we recommend sticking to a similar length to what is shown to avoid disappointment. If you would like no wording, please write "blank" next to the name/wording prompts.

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲
All orders are shipped from our studio here in the United Kingdom. Please allow 2 days for "No proof" orders to be dispatched, and 3-4 days for "Proof required" orders to be dispatched.

Please note, all delivery dates shown by Etsy are estimated only and cannot be taken as guarantees. We are not responsible if the postal service/courier delivers later than these as it is understandably outside of our control.
