-Customers are responsible for checking the items in their order for accuracy, including sizing & color choices, info needed for personalization, correct shipping address, & being aware of processing/shipping times. -Missing info could result in order delays. -DesignsbyCristal is not responsible for mishaps if an incorrect address is on an order or requests for a shipping address to be changed. - Customers are responsible for determining the suitability of products for their individual needs. The customer accepts all responsibility by purchasing & using DesignsbyCristal products. -DesignsbyCristal collars are not meant to be worn on dogs that are tied-outside. -Issues with any orders should be reported within 7 days of receiving the item.

What size are your dog collars

I offer XS collars to XL collars for dogs The best way to pick the right size collar for your dog is to measure your dog's neck & pick from the size chart. Be sure to consider your dog's strength, breed & weight as each dog is different: even within the same breed. Customers are responsible for determining the suitability of products for their pet. The 3/4" width is for x-small to small breed dogs S - 6 to 10 M - 8 to 12 L - 11 to 15 The 1" width is for medium to large breed dogs M - 12 to 17 L - 17 to 24 XL - 22 to 30 The 1.5" width is for large to x-large breed dogs M - 12 to 17 L - 17 to 24 XL - 22 to 30 The buckles are a side release style heavy-duty plastic or metal. The bow ties or dog collar flowers are all sold separately.

The handmade pet products are made with cotton fabric. Heavy Duty Buckle Dog Collars, Leashes, Bandanas -Machine washable cold water. -Lay flat Metal Buckle Dog Collars -Machine washable cold water and mild, gentle detergent. -Lay flat to dry Bow Ties -Hand wash or spot clean & dry flat. Bandana -Wash in cold water -Lay flat to dry -If needed iron on low setting and avoid the snaps (KAM snaps). PLEASE NOTE: My products are not intended to be washed with harsh detergent or bleach. These products & stain removers can discolor, fade or weaken the fabric/ribbon. Felt products spot clean only Resin coasters, keychains, or magnets. Wipe with cold water and mild soap ONLY no harsh cleaners!

Returns Returns are only accepted if the item is defective when it leaves my workshop. Custom-made items are not eligible for returns outside of defects. Dimensions and details are listed in each description; I cannot accept returns for sizing issues or other reasons unrelated to defects. Exchanges (If Approved) Must be approved before shipping the item back; unapproved returns will be marked undeliverable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please ship back within 7 days after approval. A new order for the correct item must be placed before the exchange. Once the original item is received and approved, a refund (minus shipping/restocking fee) will be issued.

When will my item ship?

-My items are custom made-to-order. which means I do not have a premade supply of items. I handmake each order myself after receiving the order. -The production time for a custom handmade product and other items in my shop is 5-8 business days (Monday through Friday and excluding legal holidays) after your order is placed. If I have a light work log, I do finish orders sooner sometimes. -You will receive a tracking notice from Etsy using the email address you left at checkout when your order ships. -U.S. orders "usually" take 5 days or more to arrive once they are shipped however that depends on where you live or any USPS issues which are all out of my control..

Product Information & Care All products are handmade using high-quality materials. Lanyards: Designed for badges or a few keys; not intended as a heavy-duty key fob or for carrying heavy items. Dog Collars: Made to last, but NOT indestructible. Normal wear and tear (scratching, biting, chewing) is the responsibility of the pet owner. Outdoor Use: Exposure to elements such as sun, rain, snow, swimming, salt water, or mud may cause fabric/ribbon to fade, weaken, or discolor over time. Safety Notice: Collars are not intended for dogs that are tied outside.

What happens if the post office loses my package?

-You can use this link to report a missing package to the U.S. Postal Service: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm -The USPS customer service number is 1 (800) 275-8777. -The USPS does have delivery delays at times which are out of my control. -I do not reship orders that are marked delivered by the U.S. Postal Service or any other delivery service used to ship orders. If your package is marked delivered and you don't see it, please contact your local delivery service. -USPS Priority Shipping is available to purchase as an upgrade when you make a purchase from my shop. According to the USPS website, Priority Mail includes: -estimated delivery within 4 business days. -Up to $50 of insurance with most shipments (restrictions apply)

Christian Themed Dog Mom or Dog Wear

This Christian lanyard would be the perfect gift for a new Christian just starting out on their journey with God. It could also be a encouragement gift for a woman of God who needs or wants to have a reminder or to show other's a little about what her faith is.

The lanyard is 36' finished length with a 18' drop and has a lobster claw hook if you need to hook it on your ID badge. It also has a split-ring for your keys. Each lanyard is constructed using grosgrain ribbon (print and solid) and nickel hardware.

The keychain is 10' around but will be 5" closed up. It is constructed using good quality grosgrain ribbon, heavy-duty cotton webbing and nickel hardware.

The Jesus Loves Me collar and leash are absolutely perfect! The quality is impeccable and the colors are nice and bright! Of course the best thing of all is the message that Jesus loves all creatures. Cristal was so easy to work with and accommodating. I needed a larger size than what was listed in the description, so I messaged Cristal to ask if this was possible. I also asked if the hardware could be black instead of red. Not only did she reply right away saying it was no problem, she suggested I order a wider size (1" vs 3/4") that was more appropriate for my dog, Paul. She was right and the set is perfect for him. Paul is 15 years old with kidney disease, and I feel very comforted with him wearing this collar. Thank you so much Cristal!
