Order processing time is 2-7 days from the date your order has been placed. Please keep in mind that processing time does not include shipping time. Shipping time will add an additional 2-5 working days. Please reach out for a quote for expedited shipping if you are interested in that.

Please get in touch with me immediately, so that I can change the shipping address before the item ships. If the item has already entered the production process, I will not be able to change the address on your package.

I recommend washing your item in cold water and hanging to dry to keep it looking its best. Please do not use bleach or iron over any areas that have design on them.

Sizing charts and recommendations are in each item's listing. The best way to ensure perfect sizing is to measure an item you love and that fits you well, and then order the size that matches the closest.

Because all items are made to order, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure to consult the size chart on the item you are purchasing. I stand by the quality of all products and offer a 30 day window for damaged items or printing errors. Occasionally, the printing process may go a bit wrong and I am happy to take care of any quality issues. Please send me a message including a photo of the issue and I will send a replacement item if you contact me within 30 days.

This is a direct to garment print, no vinyl or stencils. Which means it will last a lot longer! The luxuriously soft Bella+Canvas shirt is made with Airlume combed and ringspun cotton and has a Retail Fit.
Solid colors are 100% cotton (except Ash - 99% cotton and 1% polyester), Heather colors are 52% cotton, 48% polyester (Athletic Heather and Black Heather are 90% cotton, 10% polyester).
