Do you offer gift wrapping?

While we don't offer gift wrapping services, each piece you order will arrive beautifully prepared for gift giving. The item will come nestled in a delicate, elegant box accompanied by a stylish bag.

How should I care for my jewelry? NOT manufacturing defects- repair

To maintain your jewelry's pristine condition, steer clear of water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Gently clean with a soft cloth and store in a jewelry box or pouch to avoid damage. Fine jewelry, especially rings, is prone to wear due to frequent hand use. We do not cover damage from regular wear, product loss, stone loss, or theft, nor from failing to maintain product integrity. Discoloration from chemicals, makeup, pools, hot tubs, or bathing is not covered. Over time, prongs and precious metals may need restoration. Bent or worn prongs can lead to stone loss from normal wear or damage.

If the product is not received and the package is returned to us, our company is not responsible for the returned item. Additional charges for return shipping and handling will apply. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to avoid extra costs. Refunds are not issued for returned items that are opened, used, altered, damaged, or if the return shipping or packaging does not follow our instructions. If a damaged product is received, it must be returned for inspection. If there is no misuse, I will refund the return shipping and either send a replacement or issue a refund, as requested. We are not responsible for items lost or stolen by your local postal service, customs, or airport once the order enters your country.

Non-personalized jewelry can be returned for a refund if unworn and in original packaging. Reach out on Etsy for returns or exchanges. Ordering means you've read and agreed to shop policies. Domestic orders: If marked "delivered" but not received, we can remake it for a fee. Some packages may need signature confirmation; check with your postal service. International orders: Allow 45 days for insurance claims due to customs. Contact us if your package is lost. Claims must be made within 90 days of shipment.
