perfect binding

This is another fantasy-based childrens fine art picture book. It is designed to develop critical thinking skills and visual comprehension, and is now available in a deluxe hardcover edition. The target age group is pre-readers, aged 18 months through 4 years.

It is organized to serve as a child's first 'chapter' book, and it contains 6 series of fantastic animal combinations, which later separate into individual animals in their natural habitats. Throughout the process, early readers are encouraged to use visual comprehension skills to decipher the composite animals which begin each series. Skills reinforced include distinctions between fantasy and reality, real and unreal, colors, numbers, and natural habitats.

Children delight in the puzzling nature of the process, and the spectacular, vivid colors of all illustrations. All images are also available for purchase as juvenile room decor. The prints are artist produced in limited editions on archival art papers and canvas.
