✧ Store in a dry cool room.
✧ Make sure to place them on a holder, trim the wick to 5mm before light and keep them out of direct sunlight.
✧ Never leave burning candles unattended.
✧ Extinguish candles before leaving the room.
✧ Refer to the candles care instructions for additional guidance.

✧ All of our candles are individually hand poured in our studio using sustainable soy blend wax and cotton wicks. Imperfections and slight color variation may be present however we embrace these as unique characteristics of each piece.
✧ Soy wax candles shall not be deformed due to its soft nature, and is not intended for candle holders with spike.
✧ Candles are made to order so please allow up to 3-5 business days for dispatch (excluding shipping times).
✧ It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of re-shipping any packages returned to the sender due to issues with delivery.

Our sculptural candles are designed for decorative use. However, if you do choose to light them up, please refer to the burning instructions and the general safety below. Due to the irregular shapes and sizes of our candles, burn time may vary.

Burning Instructions
- Remove the tag and any decorations on the candle before lighting.
- Trim wick to 1/4''
- Keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings.
- When not in use, place your candle away from direct sunlight and nearby heat sources.
-Only burn the candle on a level, fire resistant surface that will collect any wax as spilling is expected.
- Do not burn candle for more than 2 hours at a time.
- Stop use when only 1/4'' of wax remains.

As all our items are handmade, slight imperfections and color variations may appear by nature. Gift boxes can look slightly different from photo due to uniqueness of each paper flower.

Candles may also come with small white marks known as ‘frosting’. It is a natural occurrence with soy wax and appears because the wax is trying to return back to its natural form and as a result it begins to crystallize. Please note that it doesn’t affect the performance of the candle in any way.
