All orders are shipped without the mockup. If you don't ask to make a proof when you purchase your order we won't make any proofs or mockups. When you send us a message about your request, we send the mockup within 24 hours.
If you do not reply to the message within 1 day, we will ship the product you purchased.
If you want to make any changes after submitting the mockup, we can do it as you wish.
But please note that our processing time is 2-3 business days. If you are late, your order will also be delayed. Please get back to messages as soon as possible.
If your order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes. We have to ask you to place a new order.
