If I could rate this shop a 10 I would! Customer service is impeccable and I was working on a time crunch as another etsy shop fell through on a shoe order. She was able to have them done and delivered days before her birthday party! My daughter loved the shoes and they matched perfectly to her outfit and oh twodles birthday theme for her second birthday! Highly recommend
