Terrible customer service. Not willing to accommodate me when I sent the item back. They said it was damaged and just wanted me to be out $140 and a hat so I lost money in the deal and a hat. Asked them to send the hat back and wouldn’t respond. I wouldn’t recommend this company to buy a hat from. Hat was nice but not worth the stress or headache

However, the hat that you shipped back to us arrived in damaged condition (warped shape and stained).
