The Manatee was created out of a repurposed propane tank! I cut him out by hand, using a plasma cutter with makes each one completely unique. Look closely you can often see the original paint from when the metal was a propane tank. Each piece is one-of-a-kind. (The glass beads at the top will vary in color).
