UPDATE: seller made better and situation was handled. Please read. I have been waiting for my ring to come in the mail with excitement until the day it was supposed to arrive. I received a text and an email from the shipping company that I have to pay an import/customs fee of $33. I believe this is an international tariff. While this isn’t the responsibility of the seller I still believe this should be disclosed to the buyer. I contacted the seller and was told this was not their responsibility. I was under the impression that shipping was free and in the end it was not. The ring is beautiful and I love it but it’s important to communicate and inform the buyer of this information.
