These towel racks are BEAUTIFUL and the seller is amazing. I had an issue with the finish on another rack I purchased last year that got damaged by my contractor, and Ali was super responsive and understanding of the situation despite the amount of time that had passed, as I was doing a remodel. He REPLACED the damaged rack at no cost to me!!! I cannot recommend him or his products highly enough. That is truly stellar customer service! Thank you, Ali!!!

Super great packaging and came in quickly. The piece itself is nicely done. I love the black and just the simplistic design, yet so classy. The space between the bars is a little tight for my towels that I have, but the customer service has been absolutely astounding and he is working with me to make a new piece that will fit my towels. Can't wait to see it up in my bathroom!

We Love it so much, we are planning to order another! Ali was quick to customize the size and our towel rack. It arrived quickly and was packaged perfectly. It's very special and well made. Easy to hang and looks chic!
