Beware of the Bear is an original intarsia vest design by Knyt.

The example you see in the photos is made on a Brother KH-860, but can be easily adapted to similar standard gauge (4.5) knitting machines, and the pattern itself can even be used for hand knitting.

This is an intermediate level knitting pattern that requires a certain amount of machine knitting knowledge.

• It is written in standard English knitting terms.

• Intarsia carriage is a must have, but if you know your way around classic intarsia knitting without a carriage, you can definitely use the pattern.

• The model wearing the vest in the photos is (S) in size.
