Absolutely! We gladly accept personal orders for a variety of our products. Our in-house crafted pieces, such as curtains, bedroom decoratives, tablecloths, and more, can be tailored to your specific preferences. When it comes to our vintage and antique pieces, customization may not always be possible due to their nature. However, we are open to exploring possibilities and assessing each piece individually. If there's a particular vintage or antique item you desire to be customized, don't hesitate to ask. Keep in mind that our handcrafted items require varying completion times, typically ranging from 1 to 4 months due to their intricate craftsmanship. Feel free to reach out to collaborate on a special, one-of-a-kind item.

🦋 What about Care instructions?

Vintage Sections: Avoid using the washing machine. Instead, opt for handwashing with cold water using gentle green soap or laundry liquid. After washing, let the pieces air dry in the shade, avoiding direct sunlight. White Pieces: Machine washing is recommended, using the sensitive mode at around 60°C. Post washing, iron while the piece is slightly damp for best results. For drying, normal sun exposure is acceptable. Cross Stitched and Byzantine Pieces: These intricate pieces are best preserved through dry cleaning at a professional dry cleaner. This ensures the colors are protected. After, let them air dry in the shade. Regardless of these general guidelines, we highly recommend reaching out privately for each specific piece!

🦋 What is your Return Policy?

We accept returns from the European Union and the UK within 14 days of delivery. For customers outside these regions, due to international shipping, customs procedures, and the collectible nature of our pieces, returns are not automatically accepted. However, we may review return requests within 7 days of delivery on a case-by-case basis. If a return is approved: • The item must be returned in its original condition. • All return shipping costs, insurance, customs duties, taxes, and any transaction or payment processing fees are the responsibility of the buyer. • The item must be declared as returned merchandise to avoid additional customs charges. Returns are not accepted on custom or commissioned orders.

Absolutely! We prioritize transparency and ensure you can easily track your order. We provide a tracking number on the day we dispatch the item or the following day. Our shipments to the US typically take between 10-20 days, with an average delivery time of 14 days. The processing time for orders is generally 1 day, with 2 days as an exception in certain cases. If you have specific delivery requirements or concerns, feel free to contact us, and we'll do our best to assist you.

🦋Will I have to pay customs or import duties? (Part 1 of 2)

We ship all orders from Athens, Greece, via FedEx (US) and ELTA (rest), our national postal service. ELTA works directly with your country's official postal system, making it a reliable and cost-effective shipping option. We always correctly declare parcels as merchandise with their real value. Thanks to favorable import policies in many countries and our use of a non-commercial postal method, many of our clients are not required to pay customs. Specifically for: European Union: No customs or import duties apply United States: From Aug 29-2025, 15–20% customs fees will probably apply. Australia: Low-value thresholds (around $700 AUD / $1,000 NZD) Our experience shows the vast majority of parcels arrive without unexpected charges!

For other regions: Canada: Customs and import VAT may apply, especially on higher-value orders. Our shipping generally results in minimal costs compared to private couriers. United Kingdom: Expect import VAT on orders over £39 due to Brexit. Many UK customers report ELTA parcels are processed more gently, with fewer extra fees than when using private companies. We use ELTA because national postal partnerships tend to offer lower or no customs brokerage fees. Please note: Customs policies are country-specific and out of our control.
