Illustration Challenges

This example is from a customer. We don't mix and match pictures. If you need photo's combined, please have that art done before purchasing. I am attaching 2 pictures of Lilly. Ideally, we'd to use her seated position from "Lilly 1" and combine her two heads/faces from Lilly 1 and Lilly 2. Body: If you could, please separate her front and hind paws to add some space in between. I'm worried it will look too jumbled if they are touching as they are in this picture. Head: If you could combine the two heads somehow - a bit of a tilt to the side (but not too much), and add the open mouth/tongue from Lilly 2 .
