It took a while for it to be delivered. When it arrived the cup was well packed and is now on its way for a secret Santa gift

Response from Gemma Geal

Hi Margaret, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. You order was dispatched on time in line with my turnaround times, but did arrive a day later than expected so I am sorry that Royal Mail let you down on this occasion. They are under a lot of pressure this time of year. So glad you like the mug though Many thanks Gem

Seller's description

Specifications

May include: White ceramic mug with blue and red stripes. The mug says "TOKEN Secret Santa MUG" and has a yellow sticker that says "REDUCED Was £5.00 NOW £0.69p".

A token secret Santa mug, the perfect awful present for your secret Santa this Christmas.

My wonderful hand drawn design shows just how much thought you have really put into your office gift this year, complete with hand drawn reduced sticker. (By the way the mug isn’t 69p, the reduced label is just for fun)

My own unique design is hand drawn using a state of the art graphics programme, and professionally printed in my own little art studio in Devon onto a high quality 11oz white mug. The design is printed onto both sides of the mug, so perfect for left and right hands. The mugs are both microwave and dishwasher safe.

Your mug will be dispatched within 5 working days from your order. All mugs are sent in a smashproof mug box 2nd Class signed for, which aims to deliver your mug in 2-4 working days. Postage upgrades are available at the checkout for 1st Class signed (1-3 days) for and RM24 Tracked(1-2 days).

Dispatch times maybe different from November. Please check the ‘SHIPPING AND POLICIES’ section for Estimated Delivery Dates
