You Can Not Wash Them with Water, You Can Vacuum or Rub the Spot with a Damp cloth to clean them

The Rugs are sent in a folded manner, and due to the folding manner packing the rug can be bulging out slightly in the middle. But you can make a roll of the rug and lay it after one day. It will be flat properly or keep any heavy stuff for 1-2 days at the place from where it is not flat. It will be properly flat. Due to handmade making methods sometimes the rug may be slightly bulged in the middle and will not be considered a defect way product (no exchangeable or refundable).

These cotton rugs are multi-color rugs. And being multi-coloured, the color may be slightly less or more. And maybe the rug looks a little different (may have more or less color).
Actual Products may differ slightly in color due to camera effects and depending upon the screen resolution and design and size slightly varied due to handmade by the weaver.
We gladly accept returns in the case of Damage or Wrong product
NOTE: - A little bit difference of in color and size will be not a wrong or damaged product.

Es dauert einige Wochen ehe der Teppich klatt wird. Leider waten auch die Steuern unerwartet hoch, sodass der Teppich erstmal wieder zurückgesendet wurde, da ich nicht zuhause war um extrakosten zu tätigen. Der Email kontakt mit indischen Verkäufer war schlecht, die Email zu fraktär. schlussendlich kam der Teppich jedoch an und alle Besucher loben ihn, wenn er nur endlich glatt wird.
