Will I receive the exact same item shown?

All items are made to order, your item may be slightly different from its picture. Items with natural stones will look slightly different from the ones shown in the picture due to the qualities of the material. All photos can be magnified to show design detail and almost all listings include one photo to show the scale. All the measurements take very carefully and written in each item description in close approximations. Please take a minute to read them and check all images. If you have any questions or need a special size please contact me.

❖ Earrings length corresponds to the total length. ❖ Necklace length corresponds to total chain length including clasp while pendant size is specified in each listing. ❖ Bracelet length corresponds to the finished bracelet length (including the clasp). ❖ How to select a size for the necklace? Use a string to mark where you'd like your necklace to hang. Lay the string on a ruler to measure the length. ❖ How to select a size for bracelets? Wrap a string around your wrist, and make it as loose as you'd like your bracelet to fit (not too tight nor slack). Lay the string on a rule.

As long as usage instructions are followed, I expect no problems with my jewellery. However, in exceptional cases when you face a problem, you are welcome to get in touch with me. I will carefully investigate the issue. If it is related to a part or craftsmanship failure, I will either repair or replace the item, ensuring it is as good as new, at no additional cost to you. This is valid within 3 MONTHS of purchase.

JEWELRY CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Keep your jewelry dry - remove when showering, swimming, and other contact with water which will tarnish the jewelry. Protect it from contact with chemicals like perfumes, lotions, or sunscreens and from harsh environments like extreme temperatures and intense sunlight. Stored your jewelry in a dry place, out of direct sunlight, and away from exposure to the air (especially to prevent polished silver or 14k gold-filled pieces from tarnishing). Store pieces individually in a small sealed ziplock. Clean your jewelry with soapy water (use mild detergent-free soap) and gently clean using a soft toothbrush. Rinse well and wipe with a soft lint-free cloth.

RETURN, RUFUND EXCHANGES

If you are, for any reason, unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch with me within 3 days of receipt of your purchase. All returns must be authorized by me and shipped within 5 business days after authorization has been given, to arrive within 30 days of receipt of the item. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Upon inspection, a refund will be issued to ensure that the returned product is in its original condition. Please package your return properly to avoid any damage in transit. ABOUT OXIDIZED SILVER JEWELRY

How long oxidized silver jewelry colour will last? The color of oxidized silver is superficial (the top layer of metal has turned blackened colour). Over time, the oxidized finish can gradually change its look. ❖ Never use commercial jewelry cleaners, as they will remove the patina. ❖ To return the shine you can gently wipe with a soft lint-free cloth.
