Custom and personalised orders

All prints are hand-drawn and coloured digitally, so colour adjustments are possible for a small custom fee, which will be agreed with the buyer and will vary depending on the degree of customisation required. Size adjustments are also possible, but unfortunately I am unable to print any larger than A3 format. Original drawings can be trimmed if they are too large, but this will depend on the individual artwork. Greetings cards cannot be customised.

To ensure the original quality is preserved, please store all art away from direct sunlight, and keep it in the original transparent bag it came in, or frame it safely to avoid any damage to the surface.

Everything is sealed in a transparent bag for protection. The artwork is sent sandwiched in between two sheets of thick cardstock or cardboard, to avoid any bending, and protected by a layer of bubblewrap. I use black recycled and recyclable paper for the outer layer, and stick custom fragile stickers on both sides.

Lost or damaged items

Despite all the precautions, and as unlikely as that is, accidents can happen in transit. This is unbelievably upsetting for me too, a lot of care is put into preparing each order. Should your artwork arrive bent or damaged in any way, please do message me and take a picture of the item so I can get in touch with the shipping company. You will receive a replacement, of course. It's very important you take a picture of the damage, so please don't throw your item away! I can provide proof of posting for each order in the form of a receipt from the post office. If you haven't received your item by the estimated delivery date, please do message me. In the unlikely circumstance your item is lost, you will receive a replacement, of course.
