In 2005 I had the pleasure of tasting real Absinthe in Heidelberg, Germany. Light, green, and unique the taste and experience inspired this piece.

Silk screen print printed on Canson acid free paper. Silk screen is a printmaking technique where a mesh, stretched over a wooden frame, is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocked stencil. A squeegee is then run across the screen to fill the open mesh areas with ink and transferred to paper. The print is hand-pulled and printed in a small edition. Each print is unique. Dimensions are 11 x 14 inches. Please note borders have been cropped to focus on image in this listing. Actual artwork has borders.

Piece will be sent in a flat cardboard envelope. Insured within the United States. Outside USA will not be sent insured, unless you request it and are willing to pay $30 for shipping instead of $13.

Watermark on the preview(s) do NOT appear on the actual item.
