No, we currently do not offer back sided printing. Your personalization will be on the front side only.

When will my order ship?

We make all ornaments by hand. We strive to create them and get them out within one day. USPS tracking is included when your order ships.

►RETURNS and EXCHANGES
All ornaments are made to order, handcrafted and customized with care therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges on ornaments unless it is a non-customized item. We understand that these personalized pieces are very sentimental and important, so If you do have an issue with your item, please feel free to contact us and we can help solve the issue.

► CANCELLATIONS
It's our goal to get you your order as quickly as possible. That's why we start the creation process immediately after placing an order. If you need to cancel the transaction, please contact us within 4 hours of purchasing.

► SHIPPING and PRODUCTION TIMES
Our current turnaround time is about 1 to 3 business days upon ordering. Every item we make is custom made and well worth the wait. Your item will be shipped via USPS and delivery times may vary.

► ORDER STATUS
You will receive an email from ETSY once your package has shipped with a tracking number and a link to track directly.

► LOST IN THE MAIL
If your package states "delivered" and you have not received it, please first contact your local USPS branch and have them track down your order. Sometimes the tracking does not align and your item will be delivered a day or two later. We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered”.
