Sel Gris - Unrefined French grey sea salt harvested using traditional Celtic methods. Earthy, mineral rich, high moisture. For everyday cooking.
Wild Alderwood Smoked Sea Salt - All natural sea salt is slow smoked with Pacific Northwest alderwood. A balance of saltiness, delicate smoke and mild earthy sweetness. Coarse grain size is well-suited for grinding on salmon, chicken, pork, and tomatoes.
Pyramid Black Salt - A combination of Mediterranean Cyprus flake sea salt and activated coconut shell charcoal. Light and delicate flavor, dissolves quickly and can easily be crumbled to desired consistency. Use as garnish or finishing salt on fresh fruit, vegetables, seafood, fine meats and pastries.

I didn't even know that many different salts existed. The problem is I didn't get another for husband for Xmas and now he's a bit salty about it. Pun intended. 10/10 will purchase again
