**This listing is for an 11-inch by 14-inch acrylic tray that resin is poured into with your dried wedding flowers. Flowers will be full pressed or semi-pressed for this tray, as this tray is only about 1.75-inch thick.

This style is great for low profile flowers, if the flowers are too large, I recommend going with the larger style tray I have listed, the 11-inch by 14-inch with handles on the top, as it can be poured up to 3-inch thick.


📌 HOW TO BOOK (PLEASE READ)

1. Message Me First
Before purchasing, please send a message via Etsy (preferred), Instagram, or email to confirm availability for your date. This allows me to properly schedule your flower preservation.

2. Purchase the Deposit
Once availability is confirmed, please purchase the $75 non-refundable deposit (listed in my Etsy shop) to reserve your date. (this $75 deposit also gets deducted from your final bill when items are finished)

When purchasing the deposit, please include:
*The date you plan to ship your flowers
*The items you are interested in ordering

⚠️ This is important because:
*Some items require fresh-pressed flowers on arrival
*Other items require flowers to be fully dried to maintain a 3D, full look

3. Ship Your Flowers
*After your event, ship your flowers using Next Day Air and notify me once shipped.

📦 SHIPPING/DROP OFF INFORMATION (IMPORTANT)

Next Day Air Shipping is required (if possible) for flowers to look their best
Shipping costs typically range from $40–$200+, depending on location
My ZIP code for estimates is 99202
Please package flowers carefully to avoid damage, I will send detailed instructions once deposit is paid.

If your local to Spokane or CDA and wish to drop off, let me know and I will send you drop off information after deposit has been paid

Once your flowers arrive:

*You’ll receive a confirmation that they arrived safely
*Flowers are dried and preserved
*You’ll be contacted when it’s time to discuss layout and design
*After design approval, flowers are cast in resin

4. Final Invoice & Delivery

Once your items are complete:
*Final photos will be sent
*A final invoice will be issued
*Once paid, your finished keepsakes are shipped back to you — home forever 🤍


⏳ TIMELINE & PROCESS

1. Drying Phase
*Takes approximately 4–5+ weeks
*Timing varies by flower type
*Flowers must be completely dry before preservation

2. Resin Preservation
*Layout and design are approved together
*Resin casting is a slow, meticulous process
*This stage takes approximately 4–8+ weeks, depending on size and complexity



🌼 HOW FLOWERS CHANGE IN RESIN (more to know)

*All flowers are unique and dry differently
*Bright colors (yellows, pinks, blues) tend to remain vibrant
*Sturdy flowers (roses, carnations, hydrangeas, greenery) preserve best
*Reds and purples usually deepen to burgundy tones
*Whites often dry to off-white or ivory
*Delicate flowers (tulips, lilies, orchids) may require color correction to prevent translucency


⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES & CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Each piece is 100% handmade
Resin may contain small imperfections, including:
Bubbles and dimples can happen
Natural texture variations
Gold or silver leaf edging may appear rustic due to hand application
Resin naturally ambers/yellows over time
This can be slowed by keeping pieces out of direct sunlight
Avoid sharp objects on the surface
Clean with warm water and a microfiber cloth
Keep out of direct sunlight and extreme temperatures
Flowers may show light bruising from events or shipping
These areas may appear translucent in resin
Succulents cannot be dried
Faux foliage can be substituted if desired
Bubbles in resin are natural and part of the handmade process

Shipping & Insurance Disclaimer

If you would like your finished pieces fully insured for their total value, please let me know prior to shipping so the additional insurance cost can be added to your final invoice. Fully insured shipments will require signature confirmation upon delivery.

Unless full insurance is requested, all orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Ground Advantage and will include standard USPS insurance coverage up to $100.

Once a package has been shipped, I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If any shipping issue occurs, please contact me as soon as possible so I can assist with filing a claim with the carrier.
