Why is everything WHITE?

The file that you purchased is most likely transparent (with white text/design) and by default the software that you're using will add a WHITE background (white on white won't be visible) so change the background color to something else and then you will see the design.

Do I Need a License for Commercial Use?

Yes. The license is required for all the designs in my store (fonts do not count as designs and a license is not required for them).
