Care Instructions:
Acrylic ornaments come with an ANTI-Scratch Film to prevent scratches or scuffs during processing and shipping. The film Should be removed before displaying. If your having trouble removing the film, please lay item flat, use a piece of tape to tape a corner of the item, and gently lift the tape to start the protective film removal. once a piece if lifted, carefully gentilly remove the rest of the protective film.

How To Order:
1) Fill in the personalized information requested (Name, Year, Date, or any other personal requests). This information will be copied and pasted directly from your input—please double-check spelling.
2) Add the item to your cart with the personalized information filled in.

After Ordering:
Once your order is in our system, we will design and make the name tag ornament, shipping your order within the processing guidelines. Your ornament will be shipped in a highly padded box with an insert via USPS, along with a tracking number. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Information:
All orders are subject to a 7-day processing time. Delivery will be around the estimated date provided by Etsy. If you need your order sooner, feel free to reach out.
