Can I make significant design changes to your items?

Our items are designed with intention in the unique style of mela design co. While many aspects of our items are customizable, the layout, size, fonts, and graphics are fixed and cannot be changed. Can I make changes to the wording? Definitely yes! You can use whatever wording style suits you best. It may change the layout a bit, but I'll take care of that on my end! Just provide the specific wording you'd like and I'll make sure it displays beautifully on the card.

What font(s) do you use?

Fonts are considered a "trade secret" and are an integral part of our design process. mela design co does not disclose any fonts used in any of our designs, neither to prospective nor existing clients.

All computer screens calibrate color differently, so the color you see on your screen may not accurately represent the printed colors you will hold in your hand. While we aim to represent the colors offered in our shop and in our proofs as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that the printed color will match what you see on your screen. If you are concerned about color, we recommend that you purchase a sample before ordering.

I need my item earlier than the estimated delivery date. Do you do rush orders?

We can usually accommodate rush orders for a fee, depending on our current availability. Please contact us first via Etsy message and let us know your timeline and we'll let you know if we can accommodate. Placing a rush order secures top priority for communications, design, and printing. This only includes rushed production; it does not include upgraded shipping. Expedited shipping is a separate fee. Please note that repeated changes to the proof, incomplete information or delays in replying to messages on your end will delay the order process.

Do I get access to the design files after ordering / Do you offer printable templates?

Sorry, no. All designs belong to and stay with mela design co - we do not share our design files with clients. We also do not currently offer print-ready templates for you to print on your own. Our mission is to create luxury stationery using only premium-quality materials and printing methods - a difference you can feel and see when it's in your hands. We want to ensure you receive the best possible version of our designs and we do that by producing all items in-house!

What if there's a typo on my item?

Proofs and production errors mela design co is not responsible for spelling errors submitted by the client. Please submit your wording exactly as you'd like it printed, (or, if a proof is submitted, review your proof carefully before approving). Please double-check spelling and color selections when ordering, as no changes can be made once you submit the order/final approval of the proof. If there is an error due to misspelled, incorrect, or incomplete data provided by the client, or if the error existed on the proof that the client approved, reprinting and shipping will be paid by the client. Errors made by us will be reprinted and shipped at our expense.

Printed on top-of-the-line cardstock featuring hand-torn deckled edges and an elegant calligraphy font, these table number cards will elevate the wedding experience for you and your guests and help them find their place!

FREE customization includes:
- Your choice of card size: 4x6" or 5x7"
- Your choice of paper color: Bright White or Soft White
- Your choice of ink color for the text - the ink color can be any color you'd like!

ORDER PROCESS
- Select your desired quantity and provide your customization selections, then place your order.
- Your order will be shipped 1-3 business days

COLOR, PAPER, PRINTING, and EDGES
- Table Numbers are single-sided.

- The edges of this table number card are hand-torn to create a deckled edge with lots of texture. Because each edge is individually hand-torn, each card will have unique edges. However, we do use a controlled process for deckling edges to ensure general uniformity in size.

- Cards are printed on thick, premium 100# cardstock with a slight eggshell texture in your choice of Bright White (a cool, bright white) or Soft White (a soft, warm white). Our cardstock is FSC certified & Green-e certified as eco-friendly.

- Cards are printed using professional-grade, full-color digital printing, producing vibrant colors with a flat finish. While we aim to represent colors as accurately as possible, computer screens calibrate color differently, so the color you see on your screen may vary slightly from the actual printed colors. Please note that we cannot print metallic colors like gold, rose gold, etc. - only matte colors.
