Stitch this fun 365 days project for the new year! Create a one-of-a-kind design that reflects the changing temperatures throughout the year. This counted cross stitch pattern will result in a colorful display of Quaker motifs that change in color throughout the year. Stitch one section of a motif each day using one of 20 different floss colors - whichever one has been assigned to that day's high temperature - and watch your sampler grow! Each motif contains exactly the right amount of sections for the days in that month.
The first picture shows an example design using temperatures from my town during the year 2017. The second picture is a placement map which shows where each month will be located. There are four different temperature charts I have created that allow for people in different climates to participate and all still have a colorful design. Each version contains the same range of 20 DMC embroidery floss colors. The "Varied" version has temperatures ranging from 27-100 degrees Fahrenheit in 4 degree increments, with each increment assigned a DMC color. The "Hot" version ranges from 50 to 110 degrees, the "Cold" version ranges from 12 to 85 degrees, and the "Extreme" version ranges from -10 to 110 degrees (Celsius conversions are included). ***All four temperature charts are included in this instant download.***
A great resource for finding temperatures in your hometown is accuweather.com. Within the Local Weather page, choose the "Month" view, and you can see temperatures for the past year.

I love this pattern liked it since I seen it on flosstube very easy to download and also goes into pattern keeper thinking I am start it doing variegated thread instead of a temperature one but just love this one
What a great pattern Sarah has put together. I am loving how it is working up. I did have to adjust the temperature key for Australian Conditions though.
Beautiful quaker temperature chart! Easy to download and instructions are very clear. Love that several temperature range guides were included. Thank you Sarah!
Super cute pattern and Sarah was very helpful in creating a custom temperature key and tweaking it to make it just right
